  • Definitions
    [The Company] means Doggie Fashions Ltd.
    [DF] means Doggie Fashions Ltd.
    [Terms] means the terms and conditions.
    [Goods] means any items offered for sale by the company.
    [You] means the customer or individual who places an order with the Company for goods.
  • Delivery: Delivery is by Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
  • Delivery Schedule: Please allow up to 14 working days for full delivery time.  Monday to Friday are classed as working days.
    Usually an order leaves us after approximately 4 – 5 days. We promise we will always get your order made and dispatched as quickly as possible, so it may arrive well before the 14 working days.
  • Specific Delivery Dates: Please contact Doggie Fashions if you require a specific delivery date or an urgent request.  Only if it is possible to complete the order and then arrange for the goods to be delivered on the specifically required date – an agreement will be made in writing.  This agreement may require you (the customer), to pay additional postage costs to allow the goods to be delivered quickly.  Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Day Delivery Courier services are usually used.
  • Unless you have had written confirmation from Doggie Fashions agreeing to meet your specific delivery date, then unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery will be made by your date entered on the Checkout Page, if that date is before our stated 14 working days delivery schedule.  We will contact you if we are aware of a delay.
  • Doggie Fashions warrants that the goods will be free from any defects at the time of dispatch.
  • IMPORTANT: Our treats will not fit through a letter box, so someone at the delivery address will have to accept the parcel from the postman or delivery driver. Please make necessary arrangements to accept the parcel.  [DF must be informed in writing prior to dispatch of alternative delivery instructions, if they are necessary.
  • If [you] are not able to accept delivery of the parcel when the goods are delivered, [you] will be responsible for collection from the depot holding the goods or make payment for any additional delivery arrangements.  [DF] cannot accept any liability for late delivery of the goods or non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control.  All risks shall pass to the consumer upon delivery.  [DF] accepts no responsibility or liability for products damaged in adverse weather conditions.  [You] must notify [DF] of any defects within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and [DF] must be given a reasonable opportunity to view the goods.
  • Payment: We accept PayPal and debit/credit card payments shown on the site.  Please note: WorldPay and PayPal take payment at the time of purchase. If any orders are placed by telephone we take payment just before the order is dispatched.
  • Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Web Trader Code of Practice.   • Copyright & Intellectual Property: All copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights displayed in the website such as website content are owned by or licensed to Doggie Fashions Ltd.  These intellectual property rights also include: website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, source codes which are connected with this site.  When accessing the website you agree that you will access the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.  None of the content of this site may be copied, downloaded, sold or distributed without the prior written consent from ‘Doggie Fashions Ltd’, the copyright holder.

  • Security: We require your name, address and email address so that we can efficiently communicate with you on the status of your order. We will never pass your any of your details to other companies.
  • Security when placing your order: The padlock image will appear on the top bar of your browser (next to the web address) when you place items in the Doggy Bag (shopping cart) and the pages beyond. This is a sign that tells you that you are ordering on secure pages. An additional sign is the fact that the URL in the address bar changes from http: to https:
  • Placing an Order: Once your order has been placed it is considered to be a confirmed contract between [you] and Doggie Fashions Ltd.  You may cancel your complete order without reason up to 24 hours after you have placed the order.
  • Distance Selling Regulations: Customers have a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as per Distance Selling Regulations. However, cost for postage incurred by the Company is not subject to refund if a customer chooses to exercise their consumer rights. Returns must be sent to: Doggie Fashions, Trentham Retail Village, Stone Rd, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST4 8AX.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receipt, providing and has not been tampered with.  It must be in its original condition and is in a re-saleable condition.  PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before returning or exchanging any items.  All items should be sent back via Royal Mails ‘SIGN FOR’ service. This will help with tracking purposes if the items that are being returned go missing or are delayed.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled [you] will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.  Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
